Role Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Account Rep to join our team in a sales role. As an Account Rep, you will help expand our customer base using leads we provide.
- This is a fully remote sales position. Our hours are 8:30am to 5pm PT, Monday to Friday.
- No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
- Starting base salary: $50,000, with additional performance incentives.

Requirements:
- A quiet, professional workspace
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Comfortable with a metrics-driven workday
- A Washington State insurance producer license (or a willingness to obtain one)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly production goals from leads provided by the agency
- Follow our structured sales blueprint to guide every conversation
- Maintain consistent daily activity (talk time, quotes, follow-up, and pipeline management)
- Participate in regular coaching and practice
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
