Role Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team in a sales role. As an Account Manager for the Derek Thomas Agency, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our products and services through outbound calls and virtual appointments. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are “A” players that want to make a great living!
Applicants start with a base salary of $50,000 and average at least $20,000 in commissions their first year. Top performers can earn significantly more.
Our work environment is fast paced, upbeat and results driven. We are competitive but always put the customer first. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed.

Responsibilities:
- As an Account Manager, your responsibility will be to bring new business into the agency.
- This is a sales role with performance expectations and high commission opportunities.
- You will cold call and follow up with our leads but also get involved in the community to bring in your own.
- You will educate prospects on why our office is the better choice for their insurance needs.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
